Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
- Making outbound and taking inbound calls within department KPI goals
- Entering data accurately into the system
- Utilizing critical thinking skills over the phone to assist hotels and clients with issues
- Communicating issues effectively and professionally with all clients and departments
- Utilizing proper grammar and appropriate speech to notate client needs and issues
- Completing assigned duties on time
- Performing other duties as needed or assigned

- Proficient communication that includes telephone, verbal and written skills
