We're hiring multiple Collections Representatives to support our growing team, with positions starting as soon as February 17th.
Collections Representative Responsibilities :
- Make 15-20 outbound collection calls per hour using a dialer
- Assist customers with payment plans and resolving past-due balances
- Handle inbound calls when off the dialer
- Communicate with customers via email and follow up on accounts
- Provide exceptional "white glove" service to customers
