Collections Representative

Are you an experienced Collections Representative looking for an exciting opportunity?
We're hiring multiple Collections Representatives to support our growing team, with positions starting as soon as March 17th.

Collections Representative Responsibilities:

• Make 15-20 outbound collection calls per hour using a dialer
• Assist customers with payment plans and resolving past-due balances
• Handle inbound calls when off the dialer
• Communicate with customers via email and follow up on accounts
• Provide exceptional "white glove" service to customers

Collections Representative Requirements:

• Recent collections experience within the past 2-3 years (B2B preferred, B2C acceptable; no third-party collections)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment

Collections Representative Benefits:

• Starting at $25/hour with bonus potential of $1,500-$3,000 per month
