- Develop content in various formats, including PDFs, Word documents, and materials for platforms like Zendesk
- Collaborate with technical writing and product teams to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and user needs
- Focus on content creation (70%) and technical writing (30%) to produce accurate, engaging, and user-friendly materials
- Be open to focusing more on design elements while learning technical writing and content development processes
Content Developer Requirements:
- Proven experience in content creation and media development, with familiarity working in technical environments or with content creation tools
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment without requiring extensive oversight
- Basic understanding of content development processes and an eagerness to learn new tools and techniques
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Open to junior-level candidates if the rate and experience align
