Recruiter Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders to assess staffing needs for union and non-union positions
- Develop innovative strategies to attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and local networks
- Manage every step of the recruitment process, from job postings and applicant screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Work closely with union representatives, workforce development organizations, and educational institutions to establish strong talent pipelines
Recruiter Requirements :
This role is based onsite in Mundelein, IL. You'll start onsite full-time to build relationships and learn about the team, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule in the future.
