Customer Experience Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing high-quality customer service
  • Assist with account inquiries, transactions, and financial troubleshooting
  • Maintain and exceed QA and compliance standards
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Customer Experience Specialist Requirements:

  • At least two years of call center experience, with a track record of meeting QA standards

  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and processes efficiently
