Demand Generation Manager

LaSalle Network has partnered with a new prospect who has engaged us in a search for a Demand Generation Manager.

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding financial services company committed to providing exceptional solutions and personalized service to clients. They are dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement and are seeking a talented Demand Generation Manager to join their team and drive growth.

The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of our lead generation and conversion efforts. This role will analyze lead data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase lead quality and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, possess a strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems, and have a proven track record of optimizing lead generation and conversion processes.

Demand Generation Manager Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain tracking/attribution systems (UTMs, source tags), ensure data integrity/quality
• Develop scoring frameworks to evaluate lead quality, monitor CPQL and CPL, and compare vendor performance to optimize ROI
• Map and analyze the end-to-end funnel (application / approval / funded), measure drop-off at each stage, and pinpoint areas for improvement
• Conduct A/B tests on application flows, implement lead nurturing (email/SMS), and enhance UX to boost application completion rates, especially on mobile
• Evaluate vendor performance through regular reviews, negotiate pricing with CEO based on conversion metrics, and diversify sources to mitigate risk
• Produce dashboards and deep-dive analyses to track KPIs (lead volume, conversion rates, cost metrics), identify trends, and guide strategic decisions
• Work cross-functionally with underwriting (ops) and product teams; ensure all marketing and lead practices adhere to regulatory and data privacy standards

Demand Generation Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Proven experience in lead optimization, marketing automation, and CRM management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Financial services industry experience is a plus
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

Demand Generation Manager Details:

• This will be a W2 contract to permanent opportunity
• Candidates must be open to working a hybrid schedule
• Comfortable commuting to their office, based in Oak Brook, IL
