General Manager Responsibilities:
- Business Operations (40%)
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with company objectives
- Implement and monitor operational controls and KPIs to drive performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate across departments to optimize capacity planning and improve workflow efficiency
- Troubleshoot operational issues, address customer service escalations, and develop corrective action plans
- Cultural Leadership (20%)
- Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing workforce by championing company values and vision
- Support department managers in team leadership, performance development, and succession planning
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization to promote a unified culture
- Financial Oversight (15%)
- Manage the company's financial health by developing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring profitability goals are achieved
- Review reports, track progress against goals, and implement corrective measures when necessary
- Identify opportunities for growth, including service line expansions and geographic market development
- Strategic Partnerships (10%)
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with business goals
- Support the sales team with customer acquisition, key account management, and the development of new service agreements

General Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of leadership experience in a management role (service or industrial industry experience preferred)
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret data, develop budgets, and drive profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees, customers, and leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve operational challenges, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
