Our client is seeking an HR Representative to join their team onsite in Fort Pierce, FL. This role will focus on employee relations, HR administration, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
HR Representative Responsibilities:
- Support employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and engagement initiatives
- Maintain and organize HR documentation, employee records, and filing systems
- Answer employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace procedures
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization
- Participate in special projects such as employee engagement programs and diversity initiatives
HR Representative Requirements:
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
