Human Resource Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a people strategy that aligns with business goals, collaborating with leadership and HR teams to support workforce planning and operational needs
- Oversee key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and succession planning
- Lead organizational change efforts, providing guidance on restructuring, change management, and communication strategies to minimize disruption and support employees
- Partner with leadership to enhance employee development, offering coaching, training, and leadership programs to drive a high-performance culture
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, handling performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters with a focus on resolution and compliance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and policy enhancements to increase HR efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyze HR data and generate reports to provide insights that inform decision-making and support business objectives
- Support compensation and benefits reviews, ensuring competitive and fair pay structures
- Collaborate with HR centers of expertise to drive best practices and enhance HR service delivery
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; HR certification preferred
- Extensive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment

- Proven ability to lead change initiatives and resolve complex HR issues
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS systems preferred
