What are the responsibilities and job description for the Implementation Project Manager position at LaSalle Network?
LaSalle Network is partnering with a risk management SAAS company headquartered in downtown Chicago seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This resource will work alongside an Implementation Specialist on post-sale software implementations with their client's. They will also facilitate communication with stakeholders and ensure timelines and deliverables are being met.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead implementations and client onboarding through setting up the timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Foster relationships with clients and facilitate all communication
- Forecast timelines to ensure projects are within budget
Project Manager Requirements:
- 3 years PM experience out of SAAS company
- Experience gathering requirements
- Risk management or insurance experience preferred
- Strong communication
