Implementation Specialist

As an Implementations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that meet our clients' unique risk management needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business challenges and translating them into technical solutions leveraging the SaaS platform. This role requires a deep understanding of RMIS principles, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Implementations Specialist Responsibilities:

• Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough discovery sessions with clients to understand their business processes, risk management requirements, and technical landscape
• Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution architectures that align with client needs and leverage the SaaS platform's capabilities. This includes defining system configurations, integrations, data mapping, and reporting strategies
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process
• Implementation Support: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful solution implementation. This may include hands-on configuration, testing, and training
• Integration Expertise: Design and oversee integrations with other client systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, ERP) using APIs and other integration methods
• Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in risk management and RMIS solutions
• Product Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the product team regarding platform enhancements and feature requests based on client interactions and market trends
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for solution designs, configurations, and implementation processes
• Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team with technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients

Implementations Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in a solution architect role, preferably within the RMIS or insurance industry
• Deep understanding of risk management principles and practices
• Strong technical skills, including experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, data integration, and database technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
• Experience with specific RMIS software is a plus
