Inside Sales Representative
will rent and sell specialized equipment, building on existing knowledge of the manufacturing industry to help meet the unique needs of clients. Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain rental accounts
- Collaborate with technical teams for accurate quotes and equipment sizing
- Manage relationships with existing accounts
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and client communication
- Shadow Outside Sales Representatives to learn the sales process and strategy
- 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
