This individual will supervise administrative staff, manage workflow on behalf of attorneys, and oversee the day to day of the office operations. The ideal candidate will bring prior legal administrative experience and be a proven leader of people.
Legal Administrative Manager Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage administrative staff, including paralegals, legal assistants, and clerical staff
- Provide training and development to staff, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems to improve workflow and productivity
- Ensure that the legal team is in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with attorneys and senior management to improve operational efficiencies and contribute to strategic planning for the department or firm
- Monitor legal department performance and suggest improvements or changes in processes
