M&A Coordinator

As an M&A Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's strategic acquisitions. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing various stages of the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence to post-merger integration. Your strong project management skills, coupled with your ability to build relationships and navigate complex organizational structures, will be essential to ensuring seamless transitions and realizing the full potential of our client's acquisitions.


M&A Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the due diligence process, identifying potential integration challenges and opportunities
• Develop comprehensive integration plans, including timelines, resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to align on integration goals and ensure smooth execution
• Oversee and manage project activities, including tracking progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the integration process
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols

M&A Coordinator Requirements:

• Proven experience in M&A project management
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Project
• A strong understanding of financial analysis and due diligence processes
• A proactive and results-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
