LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire a Patient Access Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-desk operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare administration, leadership experience, and a passion for providing excellent patient service.

Patient Access Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the patient access team, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Oversee patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification processes
  • Implement and monitor performance metrics to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance service quality
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflow

Patient Access Manager Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in patient access, medical front office, or revenue cycle management
  • 1 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of insurance verification, scheduling systems, and patient registration
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in healthcare software (Epic experience is a plus)
