Performance Marketing Manager

LaSalle Network is seeking a data-driven, strategic Performance Marketing Manager to join our client's team in Rosemont, IL. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will drive the development, execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, social media and other performance marketing platforms. Your insights will be instrumental in enhancing their customer acquisition strategies and maximizing ROI on marketing spend.

Performance Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and programmatic networks
• Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to enhance campaign effectiveness, focusing on CTR, conversion rate and other performance metrics
• Manage the performance marketing budget to ensure efficient spend and maximum impact, continually adjusting to prioritize high-performing channels
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging, visuals and strategy across all digital touchpoints
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates and competitive activity to ensure campaigns are fresh, relevant and competitive
• Produce and present regular reports on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns

Performance Marketing Manager Requirements:

• 3 years of performance marketing experience, with a focus on paid media campaigns across digital platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other ad management platforms. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
• Strong quantitative skills with experience in data analysis, interpretation and translating insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present findings
