- Develop and administer food safety quality activities
- Manage a team of food safety specialists
- Promote food safety awareness and ownership in the factory and warehouse
- Ensure compliance with audit programs for internal and external audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
- 7 years of experience in quality management in food manufacturing or consumer goods industry
- 5 years of people management experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety principles, HACCP, GMPs, and regulatory requirements
