Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Entering orders promptly and accurately – this may include special or large volume projects
- Answers incoming calls and emails in a professional and effective manner.
- Investigating and resolving any issues or difficulties with a customer.
- Actively contributing during team meetings with project updates and customer feedback.
- Assisting management team with special projects, reporting and problem analysis.
- Scheduling the trainings with the school districts
- Helping write/review contracts
- 1-3 years of relevant office work/customer service experience
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM ) software programs
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Must have time management skills Sales/Marketing support role experience
- Must be team oriented with good problem solving, planning and organizational skills.
