This position is hybrid in Oakbrook Terrace, IL
Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Provide scheduling/operational support for specific Product Lines
- Help assist with scheduling the surveyors
- Create management reports
- Manage events that are virtual and onsite
- Comfortable with doing manual changes and processing
Scheduling Coordinator Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in the administration field
- 2 years of experience with scheduling/coordination
- Detail oriented and possess strong time management skills
- Must have strong verbal and written communication; must be conversational
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and utilization with Salesforce highly preferred
