We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join our client's compensation team. Our client is a leader in their industry, providing oversight and guidance to thousands of professionals. This role is critical in developing and managing their compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable and aligned with the organization's goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation analysis, with a particular focus on writing and evaluating job descriptions. This position is hybrid in Chicago.
Senior Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain salary structures, incentive plans and market pricing
- Create and update accurate job descriptions
- Benchmark compensation programs against industry standards
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Adhere to all relevant compensation laws and regulations
- Support HR and department leaders with compensation guidance
- Prepare and present compensation reports to senior management
Senior Compensation Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred. CCP is a plus
- Ability to be in the Chicago office 2-3 days a week
- 4 years in compensation analysis
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in HRIS, Excel and compensation tools
- Knowledge of compensation laws
- Detail-oriented, independent and discreet
