This Senior Event Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and management of trade shows, industry conferences, and company-hosted events that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Senior Event Marketing Specialist Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and marketing) to ensure event goals are met and aligned with overall marketing strategy
- Oversee the creation of event materials, including signage, presentations, promotional items, and digital content
- Analyze event performance and ROI, providing post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements
- Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality
