LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing automotive industry leader. They are seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to join their Indianapolis headquarters. This business has tripled in size in the last five years, owning the market in the auto auction industry.
The Regional Human Resources Manager will be responsible for implementing HR strategies across multiple sites while providing localized support to managers and employees. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of benefits and FMLA, as well as proven experience owning employee relations and performance evaluations programs.
Regional Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for managers and employees in the region regarding HR-related issues, concerns, or conflicts
- Ensure compliance with FMLA and Worker's Compensation regulations, facilitating the process, and supporting employees who need to take leave
- Work with managers to provide feedback and coaching, ensure employees are meeting targets, and address any performance issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company standards for performance reviews and employee development
- Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement and reduce turnover in the region
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional management teams on HR-related issues and business decisions
Regional Human Resources Manager Requirements:
- BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or similar degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in human resources, ideally focused across multiple work-sites
- Expertise in employment law, labor regulations, and compliance in various regions.
- Proven skills managing employee relations issues and escalations
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% to regional locations.
