They are currently seeking a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media and influencer marketing strategies that help our clients grow and engage their audiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative campaigns that harness the power of social media platforms and influencer relationships, delivering results that align with client goals.

Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Curate, create, and manage engaging content for social media channels that reflects brand voice, resonates with target audiences, and drives engagement
• Monitor, track, and optimize social media performance using analytics tools to ensure the success of campaigns.
• Identify and build relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors to elevate client brands
• Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, including identifying opportunities, outreach, contracts, content approvals, and campaign tracking
• Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that aligns with clients' marketing goals and KPIs
• Work directly with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into social media and influencer marketing strategies

Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably within an agency or brand environment
• Proven experience building and executing successful social media campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Experience working with influencers and managing influencer campaigns from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of social media best practices, platform algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and influencers
• Ability to think creatively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
