Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Project Manager - Audio Engineering/Construction to oversee multiple projects from design to implementation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, drafting, and project management, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, drafting, and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee up to 20 concurrent projects related to audio construction, engineering, and installation
- Create and modify AutoCAD or SolidWorks drafts based on project requirements and customer needs
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and field teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Adjust designs and technical specifications to meet client expectations and site conditions
- Track and report on key project milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Communicate project progress, risks, and changes with key stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and senior management
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data, analyze project timelines, and track deliverables
- Identify and troubleshoot potential construction or design issues to maintain quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in Project Management within the audio construction, engineering, or related industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks for drafting and technical drawings
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for project tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams
- Ability to work onsite in North Aurora, IL
