We are seeking a Talent Acquisition and Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will oversee key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, collaborating with leadership and HR teams to support workforce planning and operational needs.
- Onboarding and Engagement: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees, and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Performance Management: Manage performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to ensure alignment with company policies and business objectives.
- SucceSSION Planning: Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure continuity and talent development within the organization.
- Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and policy enhancements to increase HR efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze HR data and generate reports to provide insights that inform decision-making and support business objectives.
- Best Practices Collaboration: Collaborate with HR centers of expertise to drive best practices and enhance HR service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; HR certification preferred.
- Extensive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives and resolve complex HR issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS systems preferred.
