LaSalle Network, a leading provider of direct hire and temporary staffing services, is seeking an experienced Sales Tax Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales tax regulations and demonstrate the ability to manage tax processes efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Support Billing Operations by calculating and invoicing sales tax, as well as renewing and applying for business licenses.
- Prepare and file sales and use tax returns in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and support of sales tax audits, including gathering necessary documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of tax payments across multiple taxing jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 2 years of sales tax experience, and knowledge of QuickBooks or similar ERP/accounting systems.
