As a Traveling Career Consultant , you will provide one-on-one coaching and personalized support to individuals navigating the job search process. You'll assist clients with resume development, interview preparation, job search strategies, and more. Your goal will be to help candidates identify their strengths and create a personalized plan for career success, all while traveling to different locations across the country.
Traveling Career Consultant Responsibilities :
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess candidates' career goals, strengths, and areas for improvement
- Provide personalized guidance on resume and cover letter writing, interview techniques, and effective job search strategies
- Lead mock interviews and provide actionable feedback to help candidates succeed
- Collaborate with candidates to develop tailored job search plans based on their unique skills and aspirations
- Monitor and track candidates' progress throughout the job search, offering ongoing support and encouragement
- Stay informed on industry trends and job market dynamics to deliver relevant, timely advice to candidates
