Are you a problem-solver with a knack for providing top-notch customer service? Our client is seeking a Troubleshooting Customer Service Representative to join our team in Buffalo Grove. This in-office role is perfect for someone who thrives on resolving customer concerns, processing orders, and delivering exceptional support.

Troubleshooting Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle
  • Manage order status, updates, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer concerns or order discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, resolutions, and order processing
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues
  • Provide product or service information and educate customers about best practices
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate customer feedback to management


Troubleshooting Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • 3 years in Customer Service
  • 3 years of troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with order processing and managing customer accounts
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platforms is required
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
