The Warehouse Analyst manages inventory accuracy across the distribution network, overseeing EDI file processing, OS&D resolution, and inventory research.
Warehouse Analyst Responsibilities:
- Oversee EDI error workflow for DC inventory movements, ensuring timely processing in SAP
- Reconcile inventory between 3PL WMS and SAP, resolving discrepancies with stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve OS&D issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Manage incident tickets, track progress, and create relevant SAP records for returns
- Analyze OS&D trends to identify root causes and corrective actions
- Ensure 3PL vendors comply with inventory control policies, recommending updates annually
- Perform ad-hoc analysis on distribution and inventory KPIs using Excel or Tableau
Warehouse Analyst Requirements:
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3 years in inventory control, distribution, or supply chain operations (preferably in a distribution center/warehouse)
- Proficient in SAP/ERP, WMS systems, and inventory reconciliation
- Experience with Tableau and advanced Excel skills preferred
