Warehouse Coordinator

LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading CPG company in DeKalb in their search for a Warehouse Coordinator. Our client is looking for someone to work for 3-4 days a week at 12 hour shifts. This role is onsite with a growing and tight-knit team starting in mid-April through the end of the year, with the potential to convert in the new year.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, with a primary focus on training, coaching, and covering all roles within the department. This role ensures that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Warehouse Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all team members are proficient in their roles
• Step in to cover various roles within the warehouse as needed, including but not limited to material supply, cycle counting, shipping and receiving
• Assist in inventory control and management, including stock counts and reconciliation
• Performs all other related duties as assigned by management
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  
  

Warehouse Coordinator Requirements:

• 2 years experience working in a warehouse/ shipping/ or logistics
• SAP (Warehouse Management) or similar software experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience working in Microsoft Office products (Excel is a must!)
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
