Warehouse Lead

LaSalle Network is partnering with a fast-growing CPG company in DeKalb to bring on a Warehouse Coordinator! If you're a warehouse pro who’s great at wearing multiple hats, coaching others, and keeping things running smoothly, this is your chance to step into a high-impact role. This position offers 12-hour shifts, 3–4 days per week, starting mid-April through the end of the year—with potential for permanent placement in the new year.

Warehouse Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing training to keep the team sharp, safe, and aligned with warehouse procedures
• Jump in to support across departments—whether that’s material supply, inventory cycle counts, or shipping and receiving
• Support accurate inventory control and reconciliation
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements
• Tackle additional duties as assigned by leadership
  
  

Warehouse Coordinator Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics roles
• Proficiency in SAP or similar warehouse management systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment
