Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process employee leaves while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws (FMLA, ADA, state regulations).
- Collaborate with managers to provide accommodations and foster an inclusive workplace.
- Advise on employee relations matters, helping resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with HR-related regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records in Workday.
- Support HR initiatives, policies, and procedures that enhance workplace culture and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3 years of HR Generalist experience with a strong background in leave management, compliance, and employee relations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, and labor law compliance.
- Experience working with HRIS systems (preferably Workday).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
