LaSante Health Center is seeking a Clinical Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a primary care clinical environment and will be responsible for managing patient forms, organizing records, and facilitating communication between patients and the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
Complete and process patient forms accurately and efficiently.
Organize and file completed forms to maintain an orderly patient records system.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about forms and appointments.
Use electronic health record (EHR) systems, preferably eClinicalWorks (ECW), to manage patient information.
Delegate tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Maintain excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and ensure records are easily accessible.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care clinical environment.
Proficiency in EHR systems; experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is a plus.
Strong communication and delegation skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in healthcare administration is a plus.
Work Schedule:
Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
