Responsibilities:

Plans and organizes patient care according to protocols and pathways.

Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.

Prescribes medications and medical equipment as per practice protocols.

Qualifications:

License: Current registration as Nurse Practitioner in New York State
