Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to all inbound internet leads promptly and professionally
- Make immediate outbound calls to new inquiries to set appointments and build rapport
- Track follow-up activity and ensure sales staff are responding timely and appropriately
- Maintain a high level of communication quality across the team
- Work with management to improve lead response times, conversions, and customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM tools to log activity, notes, and track performance metrics
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and phone skills
- High attention to detail and time sensitivity
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in automotive BDC or internet sales is a plus
- Tech-savvy with CRM and lead management tools
