We are seeking highly skilled Semiconductor Detector/Light Source Engineers and Scientists to join our dynamic LCDG R&D and Engineering team. LCDG is producing a variety of detectors and light sources – APDs, pins, and photoconductive mode detectors based on semiconductor materials such as Silicon, InAs, InGaAs, InAsSb, InAs/GaSb T2SL, InAs/InAsSb T2SL, Lead Salts, Pyro-LTaO3/DLaTGS, and III-V compound semiconductor light sources including ICLEDs, ICLs, and QCLs. This role involves designing, simulating, fabricating, and characterizing semiconductor detectors/light sources to optimize their performance and reliability. The successful candidate will work on cutting-edge technology, contributing to the development of next-generation semiconductor detectors and light sources.
