What You Will Do:

What We Are Looking For:
- 4 years of experience in production or operations management preferred.
- 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience preferred.
- A proven track record of optimizing production processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- A team-focused leader with a positive, can-do attitude and strong motivational skills.
- Confidence in making critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software for reporting and planning.
