We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the design, development, and testing of electronic systems for laser processing and automated machinery.
Position Summary
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and integrating AC/DC electronic control systems, analog and digital electronic subsystems, and PC-based control systems. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge products in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AC/DC electronic control systems for laser processing and automation equipment.
- Conduct component selection and full-system design integration.
- Perform design verification and system-level integration of electronic subsystems.
- Develop schematic layouts, wiring diagrams, control hardware designs, and panel layouts.
- Work closely with optical, mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to drive product innovation.
- Analyze electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, and propose alternative solutions for obsolete components.
- Conduct failure analysis, root cause analysis, and reliability assessments for product improvement.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of digital and analog electronics.
- Experience with PC-based control systems, servos, and AC/DC circuit design.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (Electrical).
- Understanding of ANSI/NFPA electrical standards for industrial machinery.
