Position Overview :
As a Software Engineer (Industrial Integration Engineer) , you will program driver-level hardware automation controls for industrial CNC laser systems. Working across various operating systems and leveraging advanced programming languages, you will develop and integrate innovative features for our laser manufacturing tools. This role requires strong skills in geometric mathematics, vision and motion system integration, and vector motion processing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, modify, and maintain source code for custom laser manufacturing systems.
- Integrate new technologies and features into existing products.
- Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to determine and meet technical requirements.
- Analyze and optimize software to meet functional and performance specifications.
- Support quality assurance and respond to issues during the product lifecycle.
- Provide accurate time estimates for project completion and manage overlapping delivery schedules.
- Participate in customer integration, service trips, and occasional international travel for installations and upgrades.
