Primary Responsibilities Manufacture and reworking of products to quality standards to achieve KPI targets. Reporting product, process and documentation issues to the Laser Manufacturing Lead. Supporting continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Ensuring organisation and cleanliness of working area. Assisting with maintenance of Company Quality Documents. General Tasks Strict compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations. Implementation of the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist. Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies Understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures. Previous experience within a similar role (desired). Previous high-tech industry experience (desired). Manual dexterity and excellent hand-to-eye coordination. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Electronics skills. Good organisational skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Can demonstrate initiative and ability to “think on feet”. Travel Requirements None. Physical Requirements None.
