Job Description
As our Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our brand’s online presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, fostering community engagement, and driving customer interest through strategic social media campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality, visually appealing content (photos, videos, graphics) that aligns with our brand and services.
- Create Instagram Stories, Reels, and feed posts showcasing treatments, client transformations, behind-the-scenes moments, promotions, and educational content.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage daily posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Write compelling captions that reflect our brand voice and encourage engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends to incorporate fresh ideas into our strategy.
- Engagement & Community Building:
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Interact with potential customers by liking, commenting on relevant posts, and building relationships with influencers or local businesses.
- Analytics & Growth:
- Monitor social media performance metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, reach) and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to grow our audience and attract new customers through targeted campaigns or collaborations.
Qualifications
- Passion for social media marketing and an eye for aesthetics.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (portfolio or examples of work preferred).
- Strong understanding of current trends in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
