Spa Admin Assistant

Job Overview/Mission:

We are seeking a detailed oriented and friendly MedSpa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will help grow the company by 30% in revenue by the end of 2025. This role is in charge of hitting monthly sales goals and making sure the spa runs smoothly with a strong focus on communication skills and an online presence.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting patients warmly and assist them with the check-in & check out process.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendar for spa providers.
• Answer phone calls, emails, dms, and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information.
• Grow spa revenue by 30% following up on sponsored facebook ads, google ads, and other online marketing platforms.
• Send out weekly marketing emails, messages, and communications to clients of spa, and future clients.
• End of day check ins with Spa manager
• Keep the Studio tidy, and clean especially reception area.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills & sales skills with a focus on professionalism.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
• Ability to upsell services or products, experience in sales is a must.
• Knowledge & proficiency of Google Drive, Canva, shopify, facebook ads, Go high level, email marketing, and writing blog posts.
• Experience in hospitality industry & comfortable hitting sales goals

Required:

• Must be available to work sundays to thursdays
• Bilingual in spanish is not required, but an asset
