Mobile Laser Whitening Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Laser Teeth Whitening Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have sales experience and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Laser Teeth Whitening Technician, you will be responsible for performing laser teeth whitening treatments while ensuring the highest standards of safety and care for our clients. We are the first in Ohio to offer Mobile Laser Teeth Whitening and comfortability with driving our large mobile unit is important. We are looking for someone for 2-3 days a week and 1-2 days a weekend or other times could also be possible. The goal is to always have a full schedule starting at 3-4 days a week and ramping up to 5-7 days a week with 1-2 Technicians or just 1 Technician if they want the hours. We are flexible and will work with you to find hours that fit your schedule as we grow this business.

Duties

• Driving our Mobile Unit around the Columbus area.
• Sales, we sell laser teeth whitening packages for workplace groups and currently have a sales team setting these group appointments as well.
• Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained to meet health and safety standards.
• Preform laser teeth whitening treatments.
• Provide pre-treatment consultations to assess client needs and explain procedures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail, and preferred experience in sales (Commission is paid on sales and we also have call ins and 100s of previous customers to reach out to)
• Proficiency in driving a larger vehicle in parking lots, city streets and the highway. (Our mobile unit is a Ford Transit)
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and techniques.

Our business model at Laser Teeth Whitening of Columbus is focused on bringing in new groups of clients (Group Packages), call ins and repeat customers. Recently we have had a focus on selling these group packages mainly to small business and have had great success, so we decided to open this new position. By selling these group packages a commission will be paid. During these sales calls the van is driven so people can come out and look inside so daily driving a large vehicle is part of the position. With all of this we also need someone that is comfortable working with clients and preforming laser teeth whitening treatments.
