Warehouse/Office Manager

Company Description Laser Transit Ltd. is a leading regional third-party logistics firm, offering over 250,000 sq. ft. of rail-served warehousing. Our company-owned and operated fleet provides truckload transportation to New England and Ontario, Canada. We deliver integrated service solutions, including distribution, pick & pack, contract warehousing, intermodal, container handling, and cross-dock services. We also specialize in freight consolidation, labeling, repack, sorting, and specialized material handling, backed by robust IT support with TMS and WMS systems for tailored inventory control and superior customer service.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Admin & Customer Service position located in Lacona, NY. The responsibilities include overseeing stock control and inventory management, maintaining communication with customers, handling inquiries and requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with the warehouse team, tracking inventory levels, processing orders, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other logistics software
• Relevant experience in logistics or warehouse administration is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
