As a key executive leader, you will partner closely with the VP of Talent Acquisition to create a seamless, retention-focused talent strategy, ensuring workforce stability, leadership development, and business growth.

With LaserAways nationwide expansion, you will implement scalable HR solutions, strengthen compensation and benefits strategies, and refine HR systems and processes to enhance retention. Regular travel ensures that HR remains deeply connected to field operations, leadership, and frontline teams.
Compensation:
LaserAway offers a generous pay structure with significant earning potential through performance-based bonuses. Your compensation will reflect your experience and value, with room for growth and rewards tied to success.
The salary range for this role is $225,000 to $260,000, varying based on skills, experience, and location.
What Youll Do
Optimize Employee Experience
- Lead strategic HR programs that enhance engagement, satisfaction, and workforce success.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate turnover trends and implement retention-focused strategies.
- Oversee career pathing, succession planning, and performance management to support long-term talent development.
HRBP Leadership & Business Partnership
- Mentor and develop HRBPs as strategic business partners, enabling them to support leaders in driving business success and employee retention.
- Equip HRBPs with the tools and frameworks to advise on workforce planning, employee relations, and leadership development.
- Lead change management initiatives that support business growth and cultural evolution.
HR Operations & Strategy
- Develop and oversee compensation and benefits strategies that enhance employee retention and market competitiveness.
- Work closely with Finance & Operations to ensure HR investments directly support business objectives.
- Enhance HRIS, payroll, and operational processes to improve efficiency and elevate the employee experience.
High-Growth & Retail-Savvy Leadership
- Navigate the fast-paced, entrepreneurial nature of a founder-led business, ensuring HR policies balance agility and structure.
- Maintain strong field relationships through regular travel, ensuring alignment with frontline teams and leadership.
What Were Looking For
- 10 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in multi-unit retail, hospitality, or consumer services.
- Data-driven decision-maker with a strong ability to analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and implement evidence-based strategies that drive measurable business impact.
- Proven success in founder-led or high-growth companies, with a business-first approach to HR.
- Expertise in retention strategy development, HRBP leadership, and compensation strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, and predictive people insights.
- Ideal candidate is preferably located in California; also open to frequent travel (20-30%).
