Laserfab, part of the ALZA Group, is seeking a responsible, reliable CNC Press Brake Operator to help keep our busy shop running smoothly. This position is responsible for bending a wide range of projects for our partners, as well as organizing materials, operating CNC machinery, operating a forklift, helping with machine maintenance and more.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is experienced with precision bending, fabrication and manufacturing, and who desires advancement. Or we’re willing to train the right candidate with a can-do attitude! So entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply too.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A solid, reliable work history

• Six months experience with metalworking equipment

• Ability to read CAD drawings, or willingness to learn

• Ability to lift 50 pounds depending on the job

• Willingness to cross-train on lasers and other operations

• Experience reading blueprints, performing setups and running jobs independently

• Ability to inspect work with calipers and tape measures

• A desire to learn and eventually take on added responsibility

• A friendly, helpful attitude

• A commitment to safety

• Reliable transportation or the ability to relocate before starting work

• Competitive pay: $18-24 p/h, depending on experience

• Consistent schedule, (1st shift) 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Some experience is a plus but not necessary. We will provide training for the right candidate. Also, note that this position includes an opportunity to cross-train on the CNC laser and will work at our Lebanon, PA manufacturing location.
