Your Role as a Warehouse Operative/ Order Picker:
In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and fulfilling customer orders. You will work closely with our technical and warehouse teams to ensure that products meet specifications and are properly packaged for delivery. ** Looking for someone who has electronics experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Configuration & Testing:
- Review customer documentation and configure products according to specifications.
- Configure PLCs, controllers, and sensors following detailed instructions.
- Conduct functional testing on configured products to ensure proper operation.
- Create wiring diagrams based on customer requirements.
- Use test equipment such as power supplies, multimeters, and test fixtures.
- Troubleshoot low-voltage electrical assemblies and resolve technical issues.
Light Assembly and Order Fulfillment:
- Assemble and disassemble electronic and mechanical units using hand tools.
- Follow assembly work instructions for quality and accuracy.
- Pick and pack orders using pick tickets, ensuring order accuracy.
- Prepare shipping documentation and securely package products for transit.
Quality Control & Returns Processing:
- Perform quality inspections on configured products and document findings.
- Process customer returns, inspect items, document discrepancies, and repair as needed.
Warehouse Support & Equipment Handling:
- Serve as a backup for shipping and receiving tasks.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, walkies, stackers, pallet jacks).
- Maintain inventory accuracy using the ERP system.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of Experience working with Electronics.
- Technical Background – Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- 2 years of experience in electronics, manufacturing, or product configuration.
- Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot low-voltage electrical components.
- Detail-Oriented – Comfortable working with technical documentation and configurations.
- Warehouse & Inventory Experience – Familiar with ERP systems and warehouse operations.
- Equipment Handling – Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
- Strong Communication – Ability to document findings and collaborate with teams.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
