Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their desired looks and preferences and then applying eyelash extensions with precision and care.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their desired eyelash extension style and length.
- Apply eyelash extensions using safe and hygienic techniques.
- Ensure that eyelash extensions are applied with precision and attention to detail.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare to maintain the longevity of their eyelash extensions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to salon hygiene and safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extension application.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Eyelash Extension Artist is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating beautiful, natural-looking eyelash extensions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client appointments.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices related to eyelash extension application.
A valid cosmetology or esthetician license in NC.
