As a Customer Service Order Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and timely order batches, managing customer notes/requests, and working with management on prioritization/delegation of printed order batches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all batch exports for the Last Bottle team
- Work with management to prioritize and delegate batch prints and order note tasks
- Ensure customer notes are handled quickly and accurately
- Check tubs and transfer to warehouse as batches are completed
- Monitor/handle ACP exceptions
- Serve as a backup lead within the department or other areas as needed
- Receive and enter ACP returns/damages to main sheet
- Help with entering WC returns to sheet as needed/requested by manager
- Monitor customer service reps’ accuracy and productivity
- Identify and report team concerns to management
- Work overtime as required to meet business needs, including weekends
Essential Customer Service Functions:
- Respond to customer service emails promptly and courteously. (POSITION INVOLVES HEAVY EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE)
- Handle the export and printing of wine orders.
- Collaborate closely with our warehouse and shipping partners to guarantee a smooth ordering and delivery process for our customers.
- Manage all facets of exceptional customer service. (ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK IS REQUIRED).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Available to work in an office setting from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in American Canyon, CA.
- Possesses excellent typing abilities and fundamental PC/Microsoft Office skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Exhibits excellent critical thinking capabilities.
- Demonstrates a proactive work ethic.
- Capable of following instructions and assimilating information effectively.
- Can lift up to 40 lbs.
- Proficient in collaborating closely with diverse personalities.
- Experience with various shipping services (FedEx, UPS, GLS, etc.) is advantageous, although training is available.
