Note: Need to be strong in Mac compared to other linux/windows. 70% Mac skill and 30% Windows and Linux.
Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in providing technical support for macOS, Linux, and Windows desktops & laptops, Google Workspace, and ensuring seamless IT support for end users in enterprise environment.
Certifications preferred:
Apple Support / JAMF / Google certification
